Guidelines for Appointments

Standard Appointments & Fees

Appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals. We make every effort to keep to time but sometimes, due to patient needs, we may run late.

It is a good idea to ring the practice to check how we are going before attending your appointment. Our fees are based on consultations where the consultation and any related tasks are completed in 15 min.

Longer consultations may incur a higher fee.

Longer Appointments

If you think you need more than a 15 minute appointment or if you have a number of issues to address, please remember to book a longer appointment or plan to return for a second appointment. Either option may incur an additional fee.

To book a double appointment on the patient portal please book two consecutive appointments.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else.

If you simply don’t show up, or cancel within an hour of the appointment, you may be charged a fee.
