Dr Jodie Paterson
Dr Jodie Paterson has been practicing at Westmere since 2008. She loves the family orientated and mixed culture of Westmere!
After graduating from Otago University she became a GP specialist followed by years of teaching GP medical education to young GPs wanting to become GP specialists. She is married with three adult daughters, and away from work is known for her love of enjoying fun travel and active adventures with family and friends.

Dr Rowan Howden
Rowan has been working at Westmere Medical Centre since 2021 having graduated from University of Auckland in 2006 and gaining her Fellowship in General Practice in 2014.
She is mum to 3 primary school aged children and enjoys tramping and mountain biking with them now they can carry their own weight.
Rowan enjoys all aspects of general practice but having worked in Family Planning, is experienced in mirena and jadelle insertions and removals.

Has now retired after 37 years of practising as a GP.

Dr Adele Vasta
Adele graduated from The University of Auckland Medical School in 2019 just before COVID. She completed her Diploma in Paediatrics before becoming a GP. Outside of work Adele spends time with her husband and dog, and enjoys walks, spin class, gardening, sewing and art.

Rezwana Bibi
My name is Rezwana Bibi (Rez), brown girl with a warm heart and a big smile. Originally from the Fiji Islands, migrated to NZ at the age of 15 as an international student. I graduated with diploma in nursing in 2021 from Manukau Institute of Technology. I have done all my training at Middlemore Hospital. I speak English, Fiji Hindi, Hindi, Urdu, can understand Punjabi, Arabic and Māori languages. I joined WMC in May 2024 as a Locum nurse, and in October 2024 I became the part of the WMC family. I am passionate about caring for people and the health of the community. The nursing profession was chosen to use talents and zeal for a career, which creates many rewarding opportunities and an ever- learning environment.

Bridget joined the Westmere Medical Centre team in 2017 before becoming Practice Manager in 2025.
Outside of work Bridget loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children. She also loves photography, fishing, geocaching, and enjoys volunteering for the local league club.

Ana, Russian born was raised in the Bay of Islands and Auckland. They are passionate about all things coffee, plants and mental health. On their days off they enjoy going on shopping adventures with their partner or hanging at home with their three fur babies.
